    • Terroir: From two parcels 60m apart in Pupillin. Côte de Feule: (10 ares) Moderate slope (26% average incline), south-facing, 390m altitude, located in what was once a stone quarry, shallow and rocky soil with iris-colored Triassic marls. Fonteneille: (15 ares) Located on the plateau above Côte de Feule, north-south orientation, 400m altitude, clay and silt soil on a Triassic limestone bedrock with fossilized mollusks (gryphées).
    • Viticulture: Sustainable, converting gradually to organic.
    • Vinification: 100% whole cluster, 2-week ambient yeast fermentation in wooden tank, daily pump-overs, pressed with a vertical press, aged for 9 months in tank (80%) and in used barrels (20%), no fining or filtration, SO2 added after malolactic fermentation and before bottling.
