    • Terroir: Near the bottom of the slope, close to Griottes-Chambertin, at the southern edge of the Combe Lavaux.
    • Viticulture: Purchased grapes, organic (certified).
    • Vinification: 10-15% whole cluster, 2-week ambient yeast fermentation and maceration in stainless steel tank. Aged for 14-17 months in used barrels, no fining, no filtration, SO2 added as needed during vinification, aging, and a small amount at bottling. (10-20 free SO2, 40-60 total)
