    • Vinification: Sorted directly in the vineyard (with sorting table), 100% de-stemmed, 1-2-week ambient yeast fermentation, minimal extraction by infusion (no pump-overs or punch-downs), aged for 12 months on the lees in barrels (50% 225L barrels of 2-3 wines, 50% 225L barrels of 4-5 wines), racked and aged for an additional 6 months in steel tank, lightly filtered, 25-60 ppm total SO2 at bottling.

    2018 is the first release of this wine. Yields were only about 25 hl/ha. Plantation density is about 6,000 vines/ha.
