These vineyards are in Moussy, Pierry, Epernay, Cramant, Chatillon-sur-Marne, and la Chapelle-Montaudon. The vines are plowed regularly, grass growth is managed between rows, and treatments limited to non-residual products only. Thorough de-budding and careful canopy management.
