- Terroir: Southeast-facing, chalky subsoil overed with alluvium.
- Viticulture: Lutte raisonnée
- Vinification: Bucher pneumatic press, only first press used. Fermentation in enamelled steel tanks, reserve wines stored in stainless steeltanks. No malolactic fermentation, long aging on lees.

This is a selection of the domaine’s best still Pinot Noir and Chardonnay and is only made in exceptional years. The grapes come exclusively from old vines in Bouzy Grand Cru.
