Clay-limestone soils from the secondary era (Mesozoic, middle and lower Bajocian), with crinoidal limestone (Aalenian superior). Southeastern exposure, 230m altitude, 8% incline.

- Vinification: Whole bunch pressing, light decanting, alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in barrel, aged 18 months in barrel with just one racking, no fining, light filtration (kieselguhr).
