- Variety: 60% Négrette, 15% Gamay, 15% Syrah
- Terroir: Clay-limestone with alluvial gravels and silt. Located on the highest terrace in Tarn at 200-meters elevation.
- Viticulture: Organic (AB, 2011), biodynamic practices, cover crops, minimal copper with the use of plants and essential oils.
- Vinification: Varieties are vinified and aged separately, ambient yeast fermentation, aged in steel tanks.
