• Terroir: The Négrette and Syrah are domaine farmed on alluvial and clay soil over clay-limestone. The other varieties (Cinsault, Grenache, Carignan and Mourvedre) are purchased from Château La Baronne and Domaine Ledogar in Corbières.

• Vinification: Co-fermented, ambient yeast fermentation, aged for 6 months in stainless steel tanks.
