    • Terroir: Clay-limestone with alluvial gravels and silt. Located on the highest terrace in Tarn at 220-meters elevation.
    • Viticulture: Organic (AB, 2011), biodynamic practices, cover crop, minimal copper with the use of plants and essential oils.
    • Vinification: De-stemmed, short 1-week ambient yeast fermentation in open top tank, aged for 6 months in steel tank, lightly filtered.
