- Terroir: From the communes of Lannion and Perros Guirec, south and southwest-facing, 10-50 cm deep sand and silt soil with many pebbles, granite bedrock.
- Viticulture: Organic (AB)
- Vinification: Hand harvested, manually sorted and left to further ripen for 2-12 weeks, washed, crushed, pressed, and settled, 5+ month ambient yeast fermentation in tank, bottled in spring and re-fermented with black currant wine for 3 months, no fining, filtered only when required, no added SO2.
