- Terroir: From the lower section of the Clos de l’Ecotard, clay-limestone.
- Viticulture: Biodynamic (Demeter), 8,000 vines/ha.
- Vinification: Picked later than the rest of the Clos de l’Ecotard, de-stemmed, ambient yeast fermentation and maceration for 6 months in a fiber tank, blocked malolactic fermentation, pressed with a vertical press, aged for 2 years in used barrels, no fining, no filtration, no added SO2, produced only in certain years (2017, 2020).
