This wine comes from two sub-parcels in Perrières 1er Cru: Les Perrières Dessous and Perrières Ginette. In the vineyards, a mix of massal and clonal selection is used. The older vines have a more irregular yield from year to year, but yields generally average around 30-45 hl/ hectare.
