- Viticulture: Organic (certified), biodynamic methods
- Vinification: Whole-cluster pressing, indigenous yeast fermentation in barrel, racked after malolactic. Aged for 18-22 months on fine lees, blending in tank, light fining if necessary.

Combined replantation method, with a blend of massal selection and clonal selection (at least 5 different types). Pruning is mostly Guyot, with some Cordon Royat.
