    • Terroir: East/northeast-facing, 290-320 m altitude, 40% slope, 2/3rds on shallow sand and 1/3rd on loess, granite bedrock.
    • Viticulture: Organic (AB), regenerative, no plowing, grass cover crops, no fertilization, minimum copper treatments (average of 300 g/ha per year).
    • Vinification: 100% whole cluster, 4-day semi-carbonic maceration, 10-15-day ambient yeast fermentation in 10 hL steel tanks with light punch-downs, macerated for an additional 15-20 days, aged for 12 months in used barrels and sandstone eggs, no fining, no filtration, SO2 added after malolactic conversion and before bottling (20-40 ppm total at bottling), bottled and aged for an additional 12 months before release.
