    • Terroir: From multiple parcels. Les Champs Claudes: southeast-facing, 229m altitude, 7% slope, bottom of the hill, alluvium and limestone soil. En Boichot: southeast-facing, 235m altitude, 4% slope, bottom of the hill, dalle nacrée soil. Les Prarons: southwest-facing, 211m altitude, 2% slope, bottom of the hill, dalle nacrée soil.
    • Viticulture: Sustainable. 100% massal selection. Guyot Poussard pruning.
    • Vinification: 10% whole cluster, gravity transfer to concrete tank. Ambient yeast fermentation with no added SO2, one punch-down daily until mid-fermentation and one pump-over daily until the end of maceration. Aged for 12 months in barrels (15% new), followed by 4 months in tank. SO2 added after malolactic fermentation and at bottling. Bottled on a fruit day, waning moon.
