- Vine Age: Planted in 1962, 1985, 1991
- Terroir: Located within the Château Chalon appellation, gentle slope (20%), south/southwest-facing, clay and limestone scree soil (60-80cm deep) over gray marl.
- Viticulture: Purchased grapes, organic
- Vinification: Lightly crushed (depends on vintage), pressed with whole clusters, and lightly settled. Ambient yeast fermentation and aging in used 500L barrel. Minimal SO2 addition before vinification and possibly before bottling.
