• Vine Age: Planted in 1956
• Terroir: Lieu-dit Les Charmes, on gentle south-facing slope, at high altitude (300-450m) on pink granite soils
• Viticulture: Organic (3rd year of official conversion), yields 40 hL/ha
• Vinification: Whole-cluster pressing, indigenous yeast fermentation in open concrete tanks. Aged in older oak barrels and demi-muids, minimal SO₂ added at racking and bottling.
