  • Variety: Gamay and Pinot Noir
  • Terroir: From the Domaine and grapes from a neighbor. Both in Saint-Pourçain, southeast-facing, sandy-limestone.
  • Viticulture: From Domaine-farmed and purchased grapes, both certified organic (AB).
  • Vinification: De-stemmed, 2-3-week maceration in concrete tank with punch-downs for the first few days and pump-overs throughout, aged for 6 months in stainless steel tank, minimal SO2 additions.
