- Terroir: From the top of the hill in the lieu-dit "Les Boissières", 500 m elevation, south-facing, on Hettangian (early Jurassic) limestone scree, sandstone, and marl, red clay at the bottom of the hill.
- Viticulture: Organic (AB), biodynamic (in official conversion)
- Vinification: 100% whole cluster, ambient yeast fermentation and aging for 18 months in stainless steel tank and used Burgundian barrels, no fining, no filtration, no added SO2.
