Additional Info
Trespotz is the Occitan name for Maya and Nicolas' village. This is an blend of different terroirs typical for the area, including siderolithic red clays.
2020 Vintage: Includes a bit of declassified Butte Rouge and Bois Grand 2019
2021 Vintage: Due to the abundant rainfall and lower seasonal temperatures, 2021 is fresher than recent vintages. Maya & Nicolas decided to do a mostly whole cluster vinification here for this cooler vintage. Because the Cahors AOP does not allow this, Trespotz 2021 is a Vin de France.
