    • Viticulture: Certified organic (Qualisud, 2010), Bordelaise pruning.
    • Vinification: Varieties vinified and aged separately, de-stemmed, uncrushed, minimal extraction with pumpovers, aged for 15 months-Merlot in used barrels, Cabernet Franc in sandstone amphoras.
