    • Size: 4.0 ha (9.88 ac), 2.0 ha from “Les Labourons” and 2.0 ha from “Les Pallouats”
    • Vine Age: Planted in 1951, 1995, 2008, and 2016
    • Terroir: From two plots within the Les Labourons lieu dit. Les Rentards: 350m altitude, north-facing, deep granitic sand. Les Pallouats: 400m altitude, west-facing, granitic sands of varying depths.
    • Viticulture: Organic (in conversion since 2022). Goblet and éventail training, double cordon de royat pruning.
    • Vinification: 100% whole cluster, 2-4 week ambient yeast fermentation with semi-carbonic maceration in concrete tanks, 2 pump-overs per day, aged for 8 months in concrete tanks, no fining, no filtration, SO2 added after malolactic fermentation (approx. 30 ppm total at bottling).
