    • Terroir: On a gentle east/southeast-facing slope, Kimmeridgian and Tithonian limestone from the Jurassic era, clay soil.
    • Viticulture: Organic (Ecocert), 7,400 vines/ha, double-gouyot pruning.
    • Vinification: Settled for 12-24 hours, ambient yeast fermentation and aging for 8 months in stainless steel, SO2 added in small doses throughout vinification and aging, approx. 35-45 ppm total at bottling.
