- Variety: Pinot Noir
- Terroir: From Le Mont Chainqueux in Les Mesneux, at the foot of the Montagne de Reims, southeast-facing. Silty-chalk on the lower slope, sandy-clay on the upper slope.
- Viticulture: Organic (Ecocert, 2022), with biodynamic practices since 2021.
- Vinification: Base wine. Briefly macerated a few hours, slowly pressed, ambient yeast primary fermentation and malolactic conversion, aged in a used barrel, no fining, no filtration.
