- Terroir: From multiple plots in Vandières in the Marne Valley, south/southeast-facing, sand and clay soils with limestone and white marl.
- Viticulture: Sustainable
- Vinification: 50% perpetual reserve solera (Pinot Meunier, started in 1992), 50% new vintage, fermentation and aging 30% in barrels and 70% in stainless steel, the new vintage is filtered and blended with the reserve wine, bottled and aged for 36 months on lattes, disgorged and aged for an additional 3 months in bottle before release, brut nature.
