    • Variety: Pinot Meunier
    • Terroir: From multiple plots in Vandières in the Marne Valley, south/southeast-facing, sand and clay soils with limestone and white marl.
    • Viticulture: Sustainable
    • Vinification: 50% perpetual reserve solera (Pinot Meunier, started in 1992), 50% new vintage, fermentation and aging 30% in barrels and 70% in stainless steel (the portion in stainless steel is inoculated and the rest is vinified with ambient yeast), the new vintage is filtered and blended with the reserve wine, bottled and aged for 36 months on lattes, disgorged and aged for an additional 3 months in bottle before release, brut nature.
