- Terroir: 30cm-deep brown silt soil over fractured bedrock, allowing for deep root penetration and water retention.
- Viticulture: Organic (not certified), sharecropped since 1992.
- Vinification: Pressed, settled for 24-48 hours, ambient yeast fermentation and aging for 12 months on the lees in barrels (20% new), some bâtonnage until the malolactic conversion begins, racked and aged for an additional few months in tank, fined.
