• Terroir: Located at the entrance to the village of Monthelie, southwest-facing, once a quarry for flat stones used for roof tiles, clay-limestone.
• Viticulture: Organic (not certified)
• Vinification: De-stemmed, ambient yeast fermentation with punch-downs, aged for 18 months in barrels (20% new), racked to tank to age for an additional few months.
