    • Vinification: Sorted in the vineyard, 100% de-stemmed, ambient yeast fermentation in wooden vat, aged for 18-24 months in 1-2-year-old barrels, blended and aged for another few months in steel tank, filtered, bottled in Magnums, aged another 2 years before release.
