  • Varieties: 60% Chardonnay, 30% Pinot Meunier, 10% Pinot Noir
  • Terroir: Chalk and limestone soil.
  • Viticulture: Conversion to organic began in 2007. Biodynamic conversion in 2014 (Biodivin).
  • Vinification: Natural yeast when possible, no fining or filtration. Large proportion of reserve wines in non-vintage cuvées. Partial or entire fermentation in oak barrel. Dosage exclusively with concentrated grape must.

This is a new cuvée for Hugues Godmé, almost the same as the Réserve but with a higher dosage.
