  • Terroir: 12% Côteaux Champenois, chalk and limestone soil.
  • Viticulture: Conversion to organic began in 2007. Biodynamic conversion in 2014 (Biodivin).
  • Vinification: Moderate sulfur, natural yeast. Mostly vinified and aged on the lees in oak. Almost no batonnage, no fining or filtration. Large proportion of numerous reserve wines. Dosage with MCR.
