- Vine Age: Planted in 1935 and 1972
- Terroir: Purchased grapes from Saint-Germain-Nuelles in the southern Beaujolais, southwest-facing, clay soil with limestone and granite.
- Viticulture: Purchased grapes, organic (not certified), 3,750 vines/ha, gobelet trained.
- Vinification: Pressed directly with a vertical press, fermentation and aging for 8 months in used barrels, no fining, no filtration, SO2 added during vinification and before bottling (approx. 50 ppm total at bottling).
