- Terroir: A blend of four parcels, two from the bottom of the slope and two from the top of the slope in Meursault; deep, chalky-clay soil.
- Viticulture: Purchased grapes, organic (not certified)
- Vinification: Pressed with whole clusters, ambient yeast fermentation and aging for 12 months in barrels, blended and aged for an additional 6 months in tank, lightly filtered.
