- Vinification: Directly pressed, settled, 6-8 week ambient yeast fermentation in barrel and demi-muid. Aged for 18 months in barrels (50% new), racked and blended in tank, not fined, lightly filtered.

This terroir consistently produces nicely-matured grapes that are small, with condensed flavors.
A very small quantity of this cuvée is produced each year: only 25 cases on average!
