Additional Info

This vineyard is located in the Commune de Nantoux. The vines are plowed 1-3 times a year and yields are limited by severe pruning and bunch-thinning. The vineyard is planted at a density of 9,000 vines per hectare on 41 B rootstock.

The name of this vineyard, Champs Perdrix (Partridge Field), does not refer to the birds that might rarely visit the vineyard but actually comes from "Peillerix" in reference to the pierreux (rocky) soil.

Approximately 670-1,000 cases are produced each year.
