Additional Info

This vineyard, located in the commune of Nantoux, had been abandonned for years (most likely since phylloxera) until 2002, when the domaine's team planted new vines. The parcel is surrounded by a low wall and home to a traditional stone cabotte as well as two oak trees (planted just after phylloxera) that provide shelter from harsh sun in the summer. Vines are planted at a density of 10,000 vines per hectare using massal selection and 161-49 for the rootstock. Rows are plowed 1-3 times per year and yields are limited by careful pruning and cluster-thining in the spring.

Annual production is approximately 250 cases.
