- Terroir: From two parcels; one from a limestone-rich hillside outside of Saint Aubin overlooking the village of Gamay, the other from the base of Meursault on deep clay soil.
- Viticulture: Purchased grapes
- Vinification: Pressed directly, ambient yeast fermentation and aging for 12 months in foudre (~80%) and new 350 L barrels (~20%), blended and aged for an additional 3 months in tank, filtered, SO2 added when needed throughout.
