• Viticulture: Purchased grapes, organic (not certified).
• Vinification: 10% whole cluster, 2-week fermentation with pump-overs and punch-downs, aged for 12 months in barrels (33% new), blended and aged for an additional 2 months in tank, SO2 added throughout, filtered.
