- Variety: Chardonnay
- Vine Age: Planted in the 1960s
- Terroir: Situated near the bottom of a gentle slope, near the border of Volnay, deep soil.
- Vinification: Directly pressed, settled for 24 hours. Fermentation and aging on the lees in amphora and used barrels. Aged 12 months, racked once and aged another 4 months in stainless steel. No fining.
