    • Viticulture: Purchased grapes
    • Vinification: Pressed directly, ambient yeast fermentation and aging for 12 months in 350 L barrels (40% new) (2023) or amphora and used barrels (2022), blended and aged for an additional 2-3 months in tank, filtered, SO2 added when needed throughout.
