    • Terroir: 300 m slope, white chalk and clay soil, cooler site, close to the forest and exposed to northern winds.
    • Vinification: Pressed directly, ambient yeast fermentation and aging for 12 months in used barrels, blended and aged for an additional 4 months in tank, filtered, SO2 added when needed throughout.
