    • Variety: Pinot Noir
    • Size: 0.70 ha (1.73 ac) but only ½ of the fruit goes into the cuvée
    • Vine Age: Planted in the 1970s
    • Terroir: From vines in Corgoloin split between Le Clos de Magny and La Montagne, just before the limit of the Hautes-Côtes. East-facing, 300m altitude, sandy soil over limestone.
    • Viticulture: Organic (not certified), Guyot-Poussard pruning, no leaf removal, manual late hedging with shears.
    • Vinification: 100% whole-cluster, 2-3-week ambient yeast fermentation and carbonic maceration in tank, minimal extraction by wetting the cap with buckets and 2-3 foot treads near the end of fermentation, aged for 10-14 months in used 228 and/or 350 L barrels, blended in tank for 1 month, no fining, no filtration, SO2 only added before bottling (approx. 10 ppm).
