    • Vine Age: Planted in 1981
    • Terroir: From the lieu-dit Les Longeroies, meaning “long rows”. The rows stretch from top to bottom of the slope; the bottom of the slope is pebbly, the mid-slope is dominated by clay, and the top of the slope is very shallow and limestone based.
    • Viticulture: Organic (Ecocert), biodynamic methods.
    • Vinification: No added SO2 during vinification or aging. 40-60% whole cluster, 2-week ambient yeast fermentation. Aged for 18 months in barrels (0-20% new). SO2 added before bottling (25-40 ppm total).
