Additional Info
Le Brun's rosé is made from a base of Chardonnay, to which roughly 10 to 15% percent of red wine (Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier) is added, half of which is vinified in oak barrels. Despite the oak, this rosé is actually on the delicate side, emphasizing light, lively red-fruit flavors. It is one of the few rosés made with 90% Chardonnay from the Côte des Blancs.
The name of this wine was changed late spring 2017, in time for the domaine's new labels. This cuvée was formerly known as Rosé Brut and Extra Brut.
