- Vine Age: 45 years (as of 2019)
- Terroir: The first few vintages are sourced from the southern side of the commune of Meursault, near the border with Puligny. Catharina has planted Chardonnay in her own plots in Pommard and Puligny for the future and is waiting for them to bear fruit.
- Viticulture: Organic and biodynamic (not certified)
- Vinification: Crushed by foot then pressed in a small vertical press. Ambient yeast fermentation with no added SO2. Aged for 10 months in used barrels. Minimal SO2 added after malolactic fermentation, lightly filtered.

In Greek mythology, "Aganippe" is the source of inspiration from which the goddesses of the seasons (Les Horées) feed from.
