Additional Info
This is a one-off cuvée, produced in the difficult 2021 vintage. Having had uneven ripeness in the late, cool vintage, Catharina only wanted to use the very best grapes for her rouge Beaune Les Prévolles cuvée and decided to make a second cuvée, this rose, from the remaining grapes. The result is lovely, breezy, vibrant and refreshing.
