- Terroir: A blend from Les Vermots and Les Peuillets. Les Vermots: south-facing, in the middle of a steep slope, in the direction of Bouilland, light, reddish soil with many limestone rocks. Les Peuillets: east-facing, mostly in the village-designated section but some in the premier crus section, light, red soil, more organic matter than Les Vermots.
- Viticulture: Purchased grapes, organic and biodynamic (not certified), farmed by Catharina.
- Vinification: 80% whole cluster, ambient yeast vinification without added SO2, aged for 10 months in used barrels, blended one month before bottling, minimal SO2 added after malolactic fermentation.
