  • Terroir: From two parcels, both on dacite granite, a soil type unique to the Côtes du Forez and one of the very few that contains calcium. Light, well-draining with low levels of clay (about 25%). 520-560m altitude, east and southeast-facing.
  • Viticulture: Biodynamic (certified, 2009)
  • Vinification: 100% de-stemmed, 2-week ambient yeast fermentation in stainless steel tank. Aged for 3-4 months in stainless steel tank. SO2 added after malolactic fermentation and before bottling (approx. 15 ppm free SO2), filtered.
