- Terroir: From the slope of the Purchon volcano in Champdieu, volcanic-rock soils (basalt). South and southeast-facing, 420m altitude.
- Viticulture: Biodynamic (certified, 2009), from selection massale cuttings.
- Vinification: Pressed, cold settled. Ambient yeast fermentation in stainless steel tank, blocked malolactic fermentation. Aged for 2-4 months in stainless steel, bottled before the end of the year. Minimal SO2 added after the primary fermentation and before bottling (approx. 15 ppm free SO2), filtered.
