• Terroir: From the slope of the Purchon volcano in Champdieu, volcanic-rock soils (basalt), south and southeast-facing, 420m altitude.
• Viticulture: : Organic (AB, 2001) and Biodynamic (Demeter, 2009), selection massale.
• Vinification: Pressed, cold settled, ambient yeast fermentation in stainless steel tank, blocked malolactic fermentation, aged for 2-4 months in stainless steel, filtered, minimal SO2 added after the primary fermentation and before bottling (approx. 15 ppm free SO2), bottled before the end of the year.
