- Vinification: 100% whole cluster, 1-week ambient yeast fermentation and maceration, no punch-downs or pump-overs, pressed with a vertical press, aged for 8-10 months in stainless steel tank, minimal SO2 added after vinification, less than 12 ppm total at bottling.

In 2022 this cuvée was made with Grenache Noir (from the south of Ardèche, 450 meters elevation, clay-limestone, planted in the 1980s).
