- Vinification: 40% whole cluster, indigenous yeasts, 15 days in tank. Aging in older 225L oak barrels until late spring, very gentle filtration only if necessary, just one small dose of sulfur added at bottling.

This is not your usual Aloxe-Corton: it's honest, not showy. Timid at first, but definitely Pinot. Made from beautifully-ripened grapes had both great phenolic maturity and low alcohol potential.
