• Variety: Pinot Noir
• Terroir: At the base of the slope, outside of the village, increased airflow coming off of the combe.
• Viticulture: Organic (not certified)
• Vinification: Short maceration, ambient yeast fermentation in a small stainless steel tank, two punch-downs a day prior to the start of fermentation then one pump-over a day after, aged in a combination of new and used barrels.
